INGREDIENTS:
250g spaghetti, cooked according to package direction
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup minced garlic
1 cup sliced mushroom
2 cups tomato sauce
1cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2tsp. pepper
2 184g century tuna chunks in vegetable oil, drained
PROCEDURE:
1. In a heavy bottom pan heat olive oil, saute garlic,
mushrooms and tomatoes.
2. Let simmer until thick.
3. Add tuna, salt and pepper.
4. Lastly add basil leaves and remove from fire.
5. Pour over pasta.
6. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
