1 egg
1 box (200g) hot cake mix
1-1/4 cups crushed pineapple, with syrup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:

Set a griddle pan at medium heat. Beat egg, stir
in crushed pineapple and oil. Stir in hot cake mix just until
moistened. (Maybe lumpy).

Brush pan lightly with oil. Pour 1/4 cup of
mixture each time. Cook until bubbly and edges are dry. Turnover and cook until
other sides becomes brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
