INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork liempo, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. crushed
2 medium size onions, chopped
2 tbsp. ginger, chopped
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1or more cups chicken broth
1cup rice washed
fresh sili or malunggay leaves
Calamansi
PROCEDURE:
In a sauce pan over medium, heat add oil and sauté the
garlic onion and ginger until soft, glossy and brown. Add the marinated pork
and braise until done, stirring briskly to prevent burning.
Add chicken broth and cook for a few more minutes until meat
is tender and sauce quite thick and reduced to half its quantity. Add some more
broth if necessary, making sure there is enough salsa. And Season to taste. Add
sili or malunggay leaves and blend well. Serve with calamansi and
Worcestershire sauce
