1 184g can century tuna vegetable oil, drained, reserve oil
for sautéing
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
1cup sliced carrots
3 cups green beans or Baguio beans
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. cream cornstarch, dissolved in ½ cup water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds, crushed
PROCEDURE:
1. In a Meyer stir fry wok, heat oil from tuna until
smoking.
2. Stir fry ginger, garlic, carrots and green beans.
3. Cover to cook for 2 minutes.
4. Mix together hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch
slurry, sugar and sesame seeds.
5. Pour mixtures into vegetables.
6. Cook until slightly thick.
7. Add tuna and stir gently until heated through.
8. Remove from heat.
9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
