FETTUCINE IN CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

1 200g fettucine noodles

2 pcs. beef cubes 2

FOR SAUCE:

1/2 cup anchor butter

1 ½ cups cheese grated

½ tsp. pepper

¼ tsp. nutmeg

1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Bacon, fried and chopped

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook noodles per package directions, with cubes for flavor, until firm.

2. Drain, set aside.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter. Over low heat, and add cream and the rest of ingredients except the bacon and parsley. Pour sauce over noodles and blend well. Top with bacon bits and parsley.
