INGREDIENTS:
1 can (439g) fruit cocktail, drained(reserved syrup)
1 can (439g) fruit cocktail, drained(reserved syrup)
½ cup raw small sago
1 cup white sugar
Crushed ice
PROCEDURE:
Add water to fruit cocktail syrup to make 3-1/3 cups.
Bring to a boil. Add sago.
Simmer for 40 minutes or until cooked. Stir in sugar.
Measure every 1/3 cup of sago in individual cups
(containers).
Top with 1/3 cup fruit cocktail and crushed ice.
