INGREDIENTS:
800g chicken, cut into serving options
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserved syrup)
12 cloves garlic, crushed and fried
MARINADE:
6 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. iodized salt
½ tsp. crushed peppercorn
Pineapple chunks syrup
PROCEDURE:
Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Fry chicken pieces in oil until golden brown.
Combine chicken with marinade then simmer until chicken is
tender.
Add pineapple chunks.
Top with fried garlic.
